So long story short, I left a fair but harsh review on my disappointing replacement of this hat last year. Last week I received a very polite phonecall from 737 explaining the change in manufacturing of this hat, the 737 representative then offered to send me a new hat free of charge, which they then delivered on. 737 your customer support is exemplary and the products you have just sent me are made with high quality and care.

Will definitely buy another one

I bought this savage hat two years ago extremely comfortable, lost it and had to get a new one. The new savage hat is garbage.

I purchased one of these hats about a year ago maybe more, and hands down was the best hat I’ve ever owned, it was comfortable and looked good, and the quality of the material and build was literally unmatched, on the tag inside I believe it said it was manufactured by Back Down South.
You could imagine my disappointment when I ended up losing it on a boat one day, however seeing it was back in stock on your website some months later, I decided to reorder.
Whatever cheap Chinese knockoff you decided to replace your amazing quality product with should haunt you while you sleep. I have no earthly idea why you would think this is an acceptable substitution in quality. Stop cheaping out on Chinese crap, it’s obvious and degrading.
