I would like to return the duck call as it is not the one that my grandson wants. I ordered the one that you sent this time in this past order back in December for Christmas gift for my grandson. He said it was two advanced for him to use so I asked if you could send me one that was not so advanced and he loved it And he lost the bottom piece to it when he was hunting two weeks ago so I ordered another one thinking it was the one that he has now that he lost the bottom piece too, but I don’t have any record of what that duck call is so if you could send me that Same duck call that I received in January I would like that and I would like to return the one I purchased two weeks ago, but you all are doing a great job thank you
10/10 don’t recommend this call. I got it in the package yesterday. Opened it up, blew into it maybe 10 times and then whole read trey flew out and broke, emailed 737 3 times have called 3 times to see about getting a new one sent to me for free or get my money back. They have NOT responded to neither my email nor phone calls. Very disappointed after all the hype I got about this call from my buddies.
Aesthetically speaking, the jade and copper is one of the most beautiful combos I’ve seen. Add to that the engraving is top tier! It’s much heavier than my other cutdowns which tells me it’s quality material!
As for sound…it’s the loudest one I own! It takes a good amount of air but had a great low end if you know how to run it!!!
It has been coming up on a month now and still haven’t received the call.
I am unable to provide a review on the call itself, so this is just based on my experience. I ordered the call 14 days ago and it has not been delivered yet. I haven’t got a shipping update for over a week. It seems like it may have been dropped off for shipping but nothing has happened yet, or the call was lost. I am pretty frustrated at this point, but I hope if the call arrives it’s as nice as expected. I reached out to the postal service but that has gotten nowhere. I sent the sales team at 737 a few emails to see if they have any insight but have not heard back.
